The Jolly Postman
These books written by Janet and Allan Ahlberg are books that i used to read when i was younger, they were my favorite books ever and they still are, even they are meant for younger children. What inspired me most about them was the interactivity of the book. On every page there is something different for you to do and find, each page is full of another surprise. This book is magical and shows a high level of imagination and creativity. The illustrations are also a joy to look at too.

My favourite is when you peep through the letter box. It was a much loved book of mine when I was a child and it was lovely to recently see it in Waterstones. It is engaging to the reader and encourages children too.
