Shawshank Redemption, a 1995 film starring Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins is one of the most inspiring films ever made. Its about a man a who is wrongly convicted for murdering his wife and her lover, and he is then unfairly sentenced at the notorious Shawshank prison in Maine.In the prison Tim Robbins (Andy Duframe) befriends with a Morgan Freeman ( Red). And they both form a powerful and loyal friendship.
I wont explain the whole synopsis of the story, just in case you havn't seen it yet.
However this film is breathtaking and also leaves you with a strong feeling of hope at the end of it. It also teaches you about how valuable friendship is.
